Great job, Nick and family for visiting a historical Monument. His family was headed to Fenway Park for the Patriots' Day game and made it out safely before the Boston Marathon incident. The night before, Nick and his family visited Bunker Hill Monument.

Sketch up with Mr. Hathorn

What a treat!  Today we got to learn about Google Sketch Up from Mr. Hathorn, a social studies teacher at the high school, and some of his students.  The fifth graders are about the hear that we will be asking them to use their knowledge of energy and energy efficiency to create a 3-D model of an energy efficient building using the tool.
